Parts Warranties

For the convenience of our customers, we stock a variety of parts compatible with most brands of computers. We choose brands we consider to be cost-effective and reliable. All new parts we sell come with at least a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer (except by special arrangement). In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we will provide cost-free labor to replace any defective parts for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. 

Software Piracy

We do not support software piracy.  Every piece of software you purchase from Great Cove Technologies is a legally licensed copy, to the best of our knowledge.  Although we provide CD-ROM duplication services, we will in no case copy a CD-ROM that is copyrighted unless you have a license that permits you to do so.  If you bring a PC in for service and software needs to be reinstalled, please provide us with a legally licensed copy of the software that needs to be reinstalled.
